To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing on behalf of Shamaya Chah who I have
known professionally for the past three years in my position as the
Dean of Continuing Education/Workforce Development for Health Science
at Broward Community College.
Ms. Chah was hired as a consultant to develop the
curriculum for the new Massage Therapy Program at the college. She
developed the total curriculum according to the guidelines established
by the Florida Board of Massage. She was knowledgeable in a vast
area of massage therapy and was responsible for writing both the
theoretical information, as well as the practical application of
that very course. She has taken on a leadership role of being totally
responsible for this project. The curriculum was extremely well
written and it was approved by the board at the fall 1999 meeting.
In every situation that I have requested Ms. Chah's
assistance, her knowledge base has been excellent. She is very professional
in her interactions and presents a positive image for the college
and excellent role model for a health care professional. She is
aware of the current issues in massage therapy and developed the
program based on a high standard of client care. Ms. Chah has shown
a genuine concern for the educational process and did an excellent
job of meeting the requirements of the project.
I would recommend Ms. Chah for any level teaching
position to which she has submitted an application. She would be
a valuable asset and is committed to the goals of the institution.
If any further information is needed please feel free to contact
me directly at 954.475.6768.
Sincerely,
D. Katherine Jackson, Dean

To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Shamaya
Chah.
I have known Shamaya since 1992 when she became an anatomy, physiology
and massage instructor at the American institute of Massage Therapy.
I have gotten to know her as a brilliant instructor: her knowledge
and vast experience in almost all subjects in the field of massage
therapy and her ability to transfer that knowledge so efficiently
and enthusiastically to her students, are almost unsurpassable. I
have rarely seen an instructor so well liked and revered so highly
by her students as well as her colleagues. Her reputation draws large
crowds to seminars, not only in the South Florida area but in other
states as well.
Please regard this as my highest recommendation.
Sincerely,
Elisabeth F Bnitah, PT, LMT

To Whom It May Concern:
I want to express my deepest
satisfaction with the services provided by Musculosketelal Rehab Inc.
Because my facility operates twelve hours per day, seven days a week,
it is not always possible to send staff away in order to continue
their education. Shamaya Chah and her assistant flew down to our resort
to provide my staff with the Shiatsu for Structural Dysfunction workshop.
They were both very professional and easy to work with.
My therapists all came out of the workshop with
increased knowledge and understanding of this treatment and all
the clients of the royal spa loved the Shiatsu techniques used.
Shamaya's services have been very beneficial to my faculty as well
as the individual therapists who participated in the course. I would
recommend her services to it anyone looking to further their own
education or the knowledge base of their staff.
Sincerely,
Angie Primmer

To Whom It May Concern:
This is to confirm that Shamaya Chah did successfully
conduct a neuromuscular therapy course at Sandals St. Lucia Golf Resort
& Spa for the period May 9 to May 13th, 2001.
Ms. Chah proved to be a competent and extremely knowledgeable
trainer during her week long session with the spa therapists. Feedback
from all of the participants has been extremely positive.
We look forward to Ms. Chah's return to Sandals St. Lucia to conduct
further training sessions.
Sincerely.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of recommendation for Shamaya Chah, L.M.T and
her corporation Musculoskeletal Rehab, Inc. We have contracted Ms.
Chah in the past for several continuing education seminars and training
for massage therapists who work in the sport facilities for which
we are consultants.
Our corporation is in the high end of the marketing industry and we
work only with the most professional and qualified practitioners to
meet the standards associated with five star luxury facilities.
Ms. Chah has always received the highest evaluations
from both the spa management and therapists that attend her seminars.
I recommend Ms. Chah and her corporation and believe she will be
an asset to any faculty that is interested in increasing their in-house
services, professionalism and the education of their therapists.
Sincerely,
Norman Siegel
