If You Wish to Make a Return
You must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before you send your merchandise back to Musculoskeletal Rehab, Inc., request your RMA number by calling 352-357-6575 or by sending an email to: returns@rmassageeducators.com.

Refunds within 10 days of purchase date and should accompany original receipt. You must notify us through e-mail requesting a refund and we will answer you back with a refund confirmaion. All shipping charges on refunds will be your responsibility.

For orders sent to addresses in the United States, we will refund your order less 10% restocking and handling fees. For international orders, we will refund your order less 20% restocking and handling fees. Original Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.

In addition, please note that since we process your order immediately after you place it, canceling your order (even prior to shipping) still subjects Musculoskeletal Rehab, Inc. to unnecessary credit card cancellation fees (2.9% of total). Please be considerate. Orders $100.00 and more will be credited minus the 2.9% fees we incurred.
